Fitness – Good health or physical condition, especially as the result of exercise, optimal functional movement and proper nutrition.  Dr. Tara has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry  and is certified in Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Training.  She has been practicing Chiropractic, Active Release Technique and Exercise Prescription for over 10 years and is a Nutritional Consultant for weight management and increased energy!
4 – Dr. Tara is a mom to 4 boys – she provides support to many women not only through her academic training but through her own personal experience

Moms – bringing moms together (new, old, to-be, near & far!) with the same common goal to be the best mom we can be. Improving ones own personal fitness and well being is a good place to start!

How can Dr. Tara Price help you?

  • Prenatal/Postnatal Chiropractic Initial Assessment – to review your history, current complaint, examination, diagnosis & plan of management
  • Prenatal/Postnatal Chiropractic Treatments – this may include chiropractic adjustments/mobilizations, ART (active release of soft tissues), exercise prescription including- pelvic floor & abdominal modifications, stretching & strengthening exercises
  • Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Classes – to start 2014
  • Nutritional Consultation (Isagenix)- to discuss goals like weight management, increased energy & performance and nutritional cleansing
