Amazing Move to Get Rid of Back Tension and Improve Posture!

 

If working all day has made your mid back unhappy, relief is just a few stretches away!

 

We have one stretch that can be done almost anywhere to relieve that nagging tightness in your mid back. Check it out:

This stretch feels amazing and I personally do this several times a day when I’m working at a desk, sitting on the couch, or working in the yard. It hits your mid back, shoulders, and surrounding muscles that could be causing the stiffness, pain, or tightness you feel.

 

Often tightness in the front of your body creates pain in your mid back so when you stretch everything out by placing your hands above your head, you elongate those tight areas. This can lead to reduced pain AND improved posture!

 

Some symptoms of mid back pain can include:

  • a dull, constant ache
  • muscle tightness or stiffness
  • a reduced range of motion
