Most of our services are covered by extended health care plans without a referral. Payment is due at the time of treatment by cash, debit or credit card. A statement will be provided for you to submit to your extended health care as needed.

Price Health Policies
Patients are required to have a chiropractic re-examination if they have not been treated for more than 6 months, or if a new complaint requires an extensive examination.
Please be advised of our cancellation policy: We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment or a late cancellation fee may apply.
