Challenge Yourself To Better Health: "Lock It In" For Lockdown

  Tired? Frustrated? Fed up with lockdown? We get it and we have a challenge for you:

 

There is so much change and uncertainty happening with lockdown and it makes sense that people are frustrated. We cannot control the outside circumstances, but we CAN control how we respond to things, our effort and our mindset.

 

We challenge you to LOCK IT IN FOR LOCKDOWN.

 

Focus on ONE thing for the entire duration of lockdown. We’d love it if it was a healthy habit, but if it’s a habit that keeps you sane that’s okay too!

 

Here is a list of habits for inspiration:

  • Eating really well
  • Eating more vegetables
  • Walking 10 000 steps a day
  • Working out
  • Doing Yoga
  • Meditating
  • Taking up gardening
  • Sleep more
  • Read more books
  • Any hobby that gets your body moving or makes you happy
