Stop ‘should’ing on yourself for all the things you’re doing wrong. This just makes implementing a change feel like a much more daunting task than it is!

It’s amazing to see how doing one small thing differently can make such a big impact.


Overhauling your lifestyle doesn’t have to happen all in one go, picking one thing to change in your life can be the first step to reaching the goals you want to reach.


We often get caught up  in complicated and cumbersome solutions and forget that we like things to be simple and easy!


So this week we challenge you think about ONE simple and easy thing that’s going to make the biggest impact in your life, and change it.


Here are some examples of changes other people have made into habits:


1. Giving up the bread that comes with breakfast at restaurants

2. Getting out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off

3. Stop eating after 7pm.

4. Stand up during every phone call at work

5. Charging your phone in another room overnight so you don’t use it in bed

6. Getting rid of one piece of clothing every time you buy a new piece

7.  Use the farthest bathroom at work to get more steps in

8. Swap one cup of coffee for water every day

9.  Set a timer at your work station to remind you to move every 25 minutes

10. Stretching/Walking every day after dinner



These are all examples but at the end of the day it has to be a habit YOU want to make.
