This may be (and probably is) the number one question we get asked as trainers… IF I’M EATING HEALTHY/TRYING TO REACH MY GOALS… WHAT CAN I DRINK?! Good food and good drinks a slippery slope that we start sliding down with caution and end up falling down quickly (and sometimes upside down)

We are all guilty of it, so here are some options that might help you get through the summer unscathed. Everything in moderation, and please drink responsibly!

1 oz. water or Sparkling Water

Liquid stevia equivalent of 3 tablespoons sugar
