program to get your young athlete into top shape.

The PRICE FIT CLUB provides your team with all the advantages of the latest proven research in strength, speed, agility and power. We train young athletes in small groups of 2-6 at a time so they enjoy hanging out with friends while supporting each other to give 110% every workout.  The SMALL GROUP FORMAT makes us unique – our coaches give individualized attention to teach proper technique, at the same time encourage our athletes by educating and motivating them to work hard.  For parents, the small group format is a cost-effective approach to offseason fitness training, with top level fitness coaches and programming.

Kids want to train and be like the pros, and we make that happen! Our programming is safe because we tailor it to the age of your athlete, while letting them use the equipment they see on TV and doing the exercises they see their heroes doing.

WHO CAN TRAIN WITH US?

We’ll be splitting our training into two different levels:

14+ (highschool)- These athletes will have specific goal-based programs and sport specific exercises created for them.  Their training will be unique to their sport, abilities, challenges, etc.  They will use weights and power building exercises. Limit of 3 per session.

Under 14 (pre-highschool)- These athletes will have a more generalized training program.  The focus will be on speed, agility, power, and co-ordination, with some sport specific exercises programmed in for skill-building. Limit of 6 per session

 

COST per 50 minute session?

14+- $50/session

Under 14- $30/session

WHEN?

We offer several flexible times during the day for summer workouts, which are excellent for off-season training and preparation.

BASELINE CONCUSSION CLINICS will be offered in August and can be booked as a team or individually.
